ReaderARD CSSD Workstation

Using TRUMPF, recognized as the world’s best laser printer, QR codes are flawlessly engraved onto surgical instrument surfaces within a 1 mm² area, beneath 0.1 microns of the surface. Thanks to this technology, all small and oval-shaped instruments used in neurosurgery, ophthalmology, periodontology, and all other surgical fields can be successfully barcoded.
Developed by our expert engineers at the ARD GROUP R&D Center and patented as a world first, ReaderARD reads 1 mm² barcodes flawlessly within 0.1–1 seconds, enabling all required processes—such as the accurate and safe sterilization of surgical instruments and materials, and the establishment of patient–surgery–infection links—to be managed in a technological environment with the goal of reducing human error to zero.
